R. Douglas Kettell, Esq. received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Political Science with concentrations in Law and Political Theory, Business Administration, and Marketing at Towson State University, with honors. Christopher Marts Esq. received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate from University of Baltimore School of Law in 1992. He achieved many accolades, including , but not limited to National Environmental Moot Court Team and Law Forum. He served with distinction as a Judicial Intern for the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. He handles various personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, slip and falls and insurance claims. He is known as an aggressive, tenacious criminal defense attorney handling all facets. He also handles juvenile law, consumer law, lemon law, employment discrimination and landlord/tenant matters, among others.
